We believe health and safety is everyone’s business and we continuously express the importance of all personnel complying with legal standards and to report any accidents or potential incidents.

At Bayley Produce we want to ensure that everyone who enters our site leaves safely.

How we comply?

  1. Systematically identify and control all hazards in our workplace. Where there are significant hazards we take all practicable steps to eliminate, isolate and/or minimise these hazards.
  2. Inform all employees of hazards and the hazard controls.
  3. Ensure all employees are properly trained and supervised.
  4. Inform all employees of emergency and evacuation procedures.
  5. Record all incidents and accidents in our workplace and take practicable steps to prevent these events from happening.
  6. Carry out regularly planned self-inspections to monitor health and safety issues.
