Whether you’re with us for a season or planning a long-term career, you’ll find plenty of chances to learn, grow, and be recognised for your efforts. Many of our seasonal workers come back year after year, some even stepping into full-time roles.

We can offer training and development, so you’ll pick up skills that stick with you for life. When you join Bayley Produce, you’re not just taking on a job, you’re joining a community that values its land, its produce, and most importantly, its people.

RECOGNISED SEASONAL EMPLOYER

RSE Scheme

RSE scheme workers.
  • At Bayley Produce, we’re proud to employ staff through New Zealand’s Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) Scheme. For up to seven months of the year, this programme brings some of our most valuable horticultural workers to our orchards and packhouse, helping us during the busiest seasons.

  • The scheme benefits everyone involved; New Zealand employers gain reliable, hardworking staff, while workers earn income and skills to take home to their families and communities. Many return season after season, becoming a valued part of the Bayley Produce team.
