RECOGNISED SEASONAL EMPLOYER

RSE Scheme

  • At Bayley Produce, we’re proud to employ staff through New Zealand’s Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) Scheme. For up to seven months of the year, this programme brings some of our most valuable horticultural workers to our orchards and packhouse, helping us during the busiest seasons.

  • The RSE scheme helps sustain a reliable workforce through critical times of year, such as early fruiting and harvest. They are an essential part of Bayley Produce with many returning for multiple seasons.

It is also a way we can encourage economic growth of pacific countries. Our RSE workers are able to support their families and local communities through their seasonal earnings.

  • Our RSE accreditation allows us to source emplopyee’s from the Pacific Islands.

Unfortunately other countries are currently ineligible.
